A relaxing spa-at-home manicure and pedicure routine.

In the middle of busy days and endless to-do lists, even the simplest routines start to feel rushed.
Skincare turns into a checklist. Body care becomes something we squeeze in between everything else. And slowly, those small moments we once enjoyed begin to slip away.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

With a little intention, everyday care can feel different, and that’s where Amaltas comes in by turning simple routines into moments that feel calmer, more mindful, and a little more enjoyable.

A ritual isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the same things with a bit more presence and care.

An at-home mani-pedi is one of those moments.
A simple way to pause, feel refreshed, and take care of yourself without needing anything elaborate.

Just time, attention, and a little care.

Step 1: Begin with Warm Water

Prepare a bowl of slightly warm water. To it, add a calming soak blend with Himalayan salts, Epsom salts and botanicals like a rose & lavender foot soak, something gentle that softens the skin while helping you unwind.

Epsom salts contain magnesium that help in relaxing muscles and calm the senses providing an ultimate rejuvination to start the mani-pedi session with.

Soak your hands or feet in it for 10-15 minutes. You can also light a candle nearby for a more enhanced spa-at-home feel.

As the warmth settles in, your body begins to slow down.
This is your transition from rushing to being present, in the moment.

Step 2: Prep & Nourish Your Nails

While your skin is still soft, apply a few drops of the Amaltas nail nectar, an all-natural nail and cuticle oil to your cuticles.

Let it sit as you continue soaking for a little longer.
The cuticle oil made with nourishing, cold-pressed plant oils helps soften the cuticles and prepares them for gentle care.

Lemon and Geranium help in brightening and healing the nail bed and cuticle skin.

Step 3: Clean, Shape, Reset

Trim your nails, shape them slowly, and gently push back your cuticles.

There’s something grounding about this step, the act of tidying, resetting, and paying attention to detail.

If needed, apply a little more cuticle oil to keep the area nourished.

Step 4: Exfoliate & Smooth

It's important to exfoliate gentle with a mask and scrub that helps unclog pores and cleanse dead skin to reveal brighter, clear skin.

The Amaltas Green Clay and Aloe face mask is multi-purpose product that works great for the face as well as the body as a body polish. Prepare a paste by mixing the mask with water, and apply it on hands and feet.

Focus on areas like heels, toes, and knuckles.
This helps remove buildup and leaves your skin feeling smoother and lighter.Rinse off with lukewarm water.

Step 5: Nourish & Restore

Once your skin is clean and exfoliated, it’s time to lock-in the moisture.

Apply a nourishing hand & feet moisturiser like the Amaltas Hand and feet moisturiser, taking a moment to massage it into your skin, especially around dry areas like heels, cuticles, and knuckles.

This step helps restore moisture, improve texture, and keep your skin feeling comfortable through the day.

This step is a reminder to slow down, even if just for a minute and let the care sink in.

Step 6: Let It Sink In

Don’t rush to the next thing.

Let the products sit. Let your skin absorb.
Maybe this is when you sip your tea, sit quietly, or simply do nothing.

This pause is part of the ritual.

What we’ve learned over time is that people don’t just need better products.
They need better moments.

Moments that help them slow down.
Moments that feel calming rather than overwhelming.
Moments that fit into real, everyday life.

That’s what we aim to create at Amaltas products that support your skin, but also gently bring you back to yourself.

A Ritual You Can Return To

You don’t need an hour.
You don’t need a salon.

Just a little time.
A few thoughtful products.
And the intention to slow down.

Because sometimes, the simplest routines done with care become the ones that stay with you the longest.
